White Glove Delivery - Deluxe ShippingWhite Glove In-Home Delivery Available on select items (item page will specify) We know that buying furniture is a big decision for you and you want it to arrive in pristine condition. That's why our White Glove In-Home Delivery utilizes only shipping professionals who specialize in home furnishings. From the manufacturer to your home, experienced furniture professionals handle your items carefully and confidently. There's more to our White Glove In-Home service, however. We know how important it is to not only get the right piece for your home, but to have it delivered directly in to your home. From pick up to delivery, there will be two professional furniture movers handling your furniture at all times. Alot of companies only offer "curbside delivery" with LTL carriers that are not equipped or use to handling fragile items. Questions or Comments? Email us! When Will I Receive My Furniture? Items delivered by our professional furniture movers is usually 3-4 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks. Approximately 48 hours before the item will arrives at your door, our professional furniture movers will give you a scheduling call, detailing a delivery date and a four hour window in which your furniture will be delivered. Questions or Comments? Email us! What if there is Damage to the furniture? Kelley Furniture fully insures and inspects all of the furniture prior to shipping so any damage that occurs in transit must be noted on the delivery receipt (at the time of delivery) in order for you to receive any replacements or repairs at no cost to you. Please make detailed notes with regard to any dings dents or tears in the packaging. Be specific in your notes with regard to what piece is damaged and what exactly the damage is. Kelley Furniture may request digital photos and a faxed (or scanned in copy) of your delivery receipt to assist us with the insurance claim. By purchasing from us you are agreeing to these terms. It is very important to follow these instructions otherwise Kelley Furniture and the freight carrier will not be held liable for anything not noted on the delivery receipt. As long as you follow these instructions and contact us within 5 business days following delivery, Kelley Furniture will be more than happy to work hard to achieve a pain-free, speedy resolution. Special Delivery Circumstances If you have a special delivery circumstance? your home is located on a remote island, on a military base, etc. ? you should call one of our Certified Home Furnishings Advisors so we can discuss the nature of the delivery, ensure that services can be completed and whether or not additional fees may be required (ferry fees, etc.). Some delivery circumstances require extra resources. These include: Delivery to military bases Pieces requiring a hoist (because it will not fit through a doorway or stairway on a lower level) Extremely heavy items requiring three or more people to deliver safely Island residences requiring access by ferry Moving product up two or more flights of stairs (including if an elevator is out of service) In these cases, additional resources and additional fees will be necessary.
